Terms of service

Effective October 12, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and AMTDA Global ("we", "us") for read my video (the "service"). Contact: info@amtdaglobal.com.

The service

read my video lets an AI assistant you connect (such as Claude) fetch the words, caption and public numbers of a video link you send, and keeps a private memory of the videos you send. Transcripts are made automatically and can contain mistakes.

Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires). One person per account.

Acceptable use

• Only send links to videos you are allowed to access. Do not use the service to get around privacy settings, logins or paywalls.
• Respect creators' rights. You are responsible for how you use transcripts and other content, including copyright and the rules of each platform.
• Do not abuse the service: no automated bulk scraping, no attempts to break limits, security or other users' privacy, and no reselling access.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans, billing and cancelling

The Free plan includes 10 new videos a month. Pro costs $9.99 a month or $79 a year (plus any tax) and includes 100 new videos a month, up to 50 a day. A video counts the first time you send it. Pro renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page ("Manage billing"); you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

A video pack is a one-time payment of $9.99 (plus any tax) for 100 new videos. It is not a subscription and never renews. Pack videos are used only after your plan's monthly videos (and, on Pro, the daily limit) are used up, one per new video; sending a video you already sent never uses one. Pack videos do not expire for as long as the service runs and stay with you if you change plans. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are removed if you delete your account. A pack is not refundable once any of its videos has been used, except where the law requires.

Payments are not refundable except where the law requires, or where we choose to in a particular case. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.

Your content

Your notes and your memory belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You can download or delete them at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but video platforms change, and some links may stop working or be slow. We may change or improve features. If we ever shut the service down we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can download your data.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for content in third-party videos or for what an AI assistant says about them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AMTDA Global is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you break them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, except where the law of your country of residence must apply.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and update the date above; for important changes we will email you. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
